CHILDRENS YOGA
Yoga classes for children involve creativity, play and curiosity, and can help build resilience and self awareness.
Introducing breathing and mindfulness practices at a young age can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and build self esteem in children.
Sessions will incorporate child friendly breathing and mindfulness practices, creative movement, confidence building activities and play.
TEEN YOGA
Yoga can be a powerful tool to help teens deal with stress and anxiety and provide them with simple techniques to feel grounded and calm.
In 1:1 sessions, I will work with your teen to understand them on an individual level, and to see how yoga can best support them.
Sessions will always include breathing based exercises, mindful movement and a relaxation component however will always be individually tailored to suit the needs of your teen.
FAMILY YOGA
Family yoga classes at The Life Centre | Notting Hill starting January 2025
Family yoga classes are a perfect way to bond with your child. Classes will incorporate creative movement, child-friendly breathing and mindfulness practices and working together in partner postures. There will be a focus on both movement, and stillness.
I strongly believe that yoga should be accessible for all ages, and what better way to start than in a family yoga class where you can play and grow together.
THEMED YOGA PARTIES
I run 1-1.5 hour yoga and creativity classes for special occasions such as birthday parties. These can be based around a specific theme to make it individual to your child. Previous themes have included Frozen, Taylor Swift, animals, nature etc.
These classes will always incorporate movement, mindfulness and breathing exercises and creative activities which are linked to the theme of the class.
